The VDMA offices in China celebrate their 20th Anniversary with a reception dinner at the Hyatt Regency in Beijing on 26. November 2024.

The side program of the event includes a visit to the Sany Lighthouse Factory or the Xiaomi production site in Beijing. VDMA member companies, Chinese partners and representatives of the German and European business community will attend the evening event on 26 November 2024.
VDMA is represented in China with two offices in Beijing and Shanghai. In this way, the VDMA underlines the importance of the Chinese market for manufacturers of machinery, plant and equipment: China is the second most important export market for the industry outside the European Union.

The VDMA offices in China serve as bridgeheads to the Chinese mechanical engineering industry, the local administration and important Chinese customer industries. The offices in Beijing and Shanghai are the main contact for VDMA members with questions about the Chinese market, the local network, technical requirements and mechanical engineering-specific topics in general.
